Check out the video below if you need a step by step tutorial! Invite all of your BFF's, Friends, Family etc! These people are 100% Fair Game as customers-because BFF's and Blood stick together! LOL! Anyone outside of your BFF circle should be sent the script on Step 3 .
Here are some great ideas for names for your client group:

MK Girl Holly :) Secret Sales Group
*Google Names of Beauty Facebook Groups etc
Lets verify aquaintances-are they currently using MK? This is an *extrememly* important step. One of the biggest tenants in our business is that we do not steal each others customers. This can happen even unitentionally when we don't first ask the right questions. In building your customer group as you extend from your BFF's here is a great script to send:
Hey Daleen! Its Holly :) I hope you are doing well! I am super pumped! I just started my own Mary Kay Business! I am building a FB group to share product tutorials etc! I am adding all my fave people-and I thought of you! Have you used MK before?
if the customer can answer these questions she is being taken care of by her consultant we affirm the other consultant and send the customer back..
Have you ever heard the saying Quality over Quantity? Well it totally applies here! People who are engaged and "listening" to you will be far more likely to support your small business! The #1 person who has buy-in with you are people who have tried the product! Cosmetics is a see, touch, feel business! You will find clients over time (referrals, facials, new customers from parties, talking with people in your community who used to buy MK) these are perfect people to continue to add/invite to your groups! .
Step 1: Decide how many days you will "Show Up" in your group each week. Once? Twice? My personal goal is to post in my group 5 days per week, and go LIVE twice.
Step 2: Consider having a daily theme/ create a plan. Have you ever heard a confused mind does nothing? I have found it helpful to have a theme for the days that I am posting. Its like a trigger for my brain to know what I am doing that day! Look below for examples.

A great basic 6 minute video to walk you through set up! I recommend a private facebook group versus secret a group. Should you choose a public group you will not be able to share deals/promos etc, because you are not able to share discounts publicly to people who are not your customers :)

These two brilliant leaders who have shared so much on social media throughout the years have now stepped in front of the curve and join in a conversation on how we can best support our existing Sales Force Leaders, attract new ones through the use of reliable and meaningful technology!
Dear New Consultant,
I just want to say before we dig into Social Media that you can hit the pause button right now. To some us social media is exciting! To others of us it feels like a chore :) I just want you to know upfront that you do not have to have a social media account to be successful! It will not make or break your business, how many facials you hold will. The biggest benefit to social media is it keeps you in front of people and allows you to connect in multiple ways. So pause and take an honest gut check. Ask yourself, "Does learning this right now cause me stress?" If the answer is yes, then circle back when you feel like you have the basics of facials down and you have more headspace to proceed forward. LOL. I love you enough to help you keep it simple and keep you focused on the proven things that will pay your bills :) If you are ready, here are some starting steps to help build your online tribe!
